Digital Likeness and Control

1. Who owns my digital likeness?

You retain complete control of your digital likeness. Whoever you nominate within your orthobiologics practice will be given access to our web portal to make content changes, but you maintain full control of your likeness. No content can be generated without your express review and approval (or that of your authorized representative) through the portal.

2. Can anyone make changes or create content with my AI likeness?

Only you or someone you specifically nominate will have the ability to make changes to the videos we supply. All content generation requires explicit consent through our secure web portal.

3. How long does it take to record my avatar?

Recording your digital likeness and voice takes approximately 10 minutes.

4. What are the costs associated with this program?

The one page guide outlines the different ways to implement OnDoc, our avatar and video generation service, as part of the comprehensive AutoPilot+ marketing program into your practice.

5. How many videos are you able to produce with my avatar?

We currently have a library of 75 videos covering common conditions and treatments relevant to orthobiologics practices.

6. How often are new videos added?

We are adding 2 new videos per month on average.

7. Can I request a specific video?

Yes. Contact us here to outline the videos you would like to see produced. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to make your specific title, your requests help us understand what type of content would be valuable to you, which allows us to prioritize content creation.

8. Can I make changes to the videos?

You can edit the content and script to suit your specific needs. The limiting factor is that the background videos cannot be changed, so any modifications need to be made to fit with the existing video content. However, making small changes to the terminology and script are expected and simple to make.

9. Where can I show the videos?

You can show these videos in several ways:
- As part of an outreach campaign texted/emailed to your patients
- On a screen in your waiting room
- During patient events
- Embedded on your practice website

We provide embed codes for website integration. While you cannot download the videos for direct posting on platforms like YouTube or Instagram, you can create social media posts that drive patients to your website where they can view the videos.

The videos cannot be shared directly on YouTube, Instagram, or other social media platforms, as we do not provide video downloads. However, you can use these platforms to direct traffic to your website where the videos are properly embedded.
